BankLink has been selected as a finalist in the 2009 New Zealand Trade and Enterprise "International Business Awards" which recognise New Zealand's most successful exporting businesses.

From more than 90 entries, BankLink was named as one of four finalists in the special category "Most innovative approach to international business".  The Awards winners will be announced at a ceremony in Auckland on 30 September.

"We are delighted to be finalists in these awards that recognise the efforts that Kiwi companies have been putting into building the export base.  Innovation and adaptability are key to building a business from a small NZ base to a successful and sustainable international company" says Malcolm MacDonald, co-founder and Director of BankLink.

For over 20 years BankLink has provided accounting practices with data and software solutions that save time and money. Today around 4000 practices use The BankLink Service to streamline the accounting for over 200,000 small businesses in New Zealand and Australia.  Based in Auckland, BankLink is a kiwi success story with 65% of company revenue coming from export.  BankLink is now extending into the European market with a pilot programme underway in the UK.
