Experienced insolvency practitioner Simon Thorn joins the Grant Thornton Christchurch office.

Simon has 14 years experience gained in Australia and the UK on all types of corporate and personal insolvency matters in both the Big 4 and boutique operations. Well versed in the Voluntary Administration process, experienced in forensic and litigation support matters, including partnership and family law disputes, Simon's experience covers most industries from construction and manufacturing to retail and professional services.

Simon spent many years in regional Australia and gained significant experience in the agribusiness and farming sector, tourism and hospitality, and the mining industry. In tackling the many and varied challenges faced by businesses today, Simon's focus is on identifying solutions that will provide the best outcome for all stakeholders.
